How long does shipping take for a new smoker?
Most orders are processed within 2 business days. Depending on your location, standard freight shipping typically takes 5 to 7 business days for delivery within the continental United States.
What is your return policy for accessories and smokers?
We offer a 30-day return policy on unused items in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and a restocking fee may apply to large equipment.
Do SmokinTex smokers come with a warranty?
Yes, all our residential smokers come with a two-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.

Are these smokers suitable for indoor use?
No, SmokinTex smokers are designed for outdoor use only. They should be operated in a well-ventilated outdoor area to ensure safety and proper performance.
Do I need to assemble my smoker upon arrival?
Our smokers arrive almost fully assembled. You will only need to slide in the side racks and shelves, and attach the casters if your model includes them.
