At SmokinTex, we stand behind the quality of our smokers and accessories; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all products are returned in their original packaging to qualify for a processing credit.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our facility.
Pack Your Item
Securely pack the unused smoker or accessory in its original box, ensuring all manuals, racks, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship to SmokinTex
Affix the provided RMA label to the outside of the package and ship via a trackable carrier; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
